Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, collection launches, or periods of high order volume.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many destinations.
International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, Port Scarlett is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at kate@portscarlett.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and do everything we reasonably can to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Port Scarlett is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
